I, Khatia Naveed live in a condo stalked townhome at Shoreline Drive, Unit in Mississauga, Ontario Our condo property is managed by Arthex property management Any emergency situations such as water leak, flood, fire etcare to be reported to the management by calling the emergency line On Saturday, June 4, while I was out of town I had a water pipe leakage in my unit (14), which subsequently leaked into the unit beneath (Unit and 16) Both unit occupants (and 16) reported the water leak in their units in the early morning between 7:30am-8am by calling the condo emergency line However, the managements' plumber did not arrive to inspect until approximately 2pm About hours after the incident was reported Upon arrival the plumber reported to the management that the leak was coming from my unit The management contacted me around 2:30pm to report this
