I found woodside dental though my insurance, set up appointment,my husband had work extensive work done. 6 months later I find out they billed it incorrectly and my insurance deninied it. After speaking with [redacted] at woodside dental I was told it was an easy fix, just needed to be resubmitted under correct address. I get on the phone with my insurance and the claims that were suppose to be covered only came up to $1256, but I have already payed $2255. after bringing this matter to the attention of both my dental insurance and my dental office, I have gotten the runaround from the dental office for over a month. They say no one is in to deal with the matter, they say the owner is dealing with it personally, they put me on hold for hours on end. when I call back the phones are down.... the excuses go on and on I just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
