I signed a year contract, months in I noticed I haven't seen dead bug, in fact I saw more ants and roaches I called and was trying to very reasonable and get out of my contract I was not asking for my money back, I just wanted out bc I lost all confidence that they could actually kill bugs I thought they let me out of my contract without a fight but then my card got charged again a month later I called and they said they wouldn't let me out, I had to pay the rest of the months on my contract Even though they didn't not come one month and they didn't kill one single bug Please Please don't give these horrible people your money, they suck

This business is run with little to no professionalism. They cancel appointments fifteen minutes before they're supposed to happen, they show up to your home four hours late without notice, they won't charge any less than $200, even for only 500 square feet, and they refuse to guarentee that you will cease to have pests for any length of time. Their customer service is horrendous. Please do not call them.
