Review: approximately on thrusday 07/**/13 a repair man from 'Brand' came to fix my garage door, i.e the roller on the door; I paid them in cash $80 for the repair but then today 07/**/13 I tried to close my garage door and it could not close; I decided to call Brand to let them know that the door cannot close because the roller they repair was completely out of the slot and the rubber guard was also torn when trying to close the door; I immediately ask them to send someone out today as it was an emergency the garage door was completely open and all my belongings in the garage and my house was expose and anyone could walk in and steal my belongings; I spoke to [redacted] and she told me that they could not send anyone out today so I ask them if they would pay for another company to make the necessary repairs as this is an emergency and she said yes then she called me back 10 minutes later and told me they would not pay for it nor would they send someone out today to make the necessary repairs I told them that was unacceptable and unsafe as the garage door was wipe open and that I was afraid that anyone could walk off the street and steal my belongings or attack me they still told me no so I had no choise but to call another garage door company to make the repairsDesired Settlement: to refund the money that I had to pay the new company ( which includes the extra damages that was done to the garage door)
