Review: the end of feb. 2013 I bought a lazy boy recliner after a couple of months the chair started to squeak .I had the repair men over 3 to 4 times they were unable to fix the problem. the store owner [redacted] told me sorry there was nothing else they could do for me. I just paid over $800 dollars on a product that they sell so instead of fixing the chair or replacing the chair I was told to basically shut up and quit bothering them and im the customer. I then called lazy boy on my own a they said the chair should not squeak they called [redacted]s and even left a message for [redacted] to call me nobody ever called so here I am with a chair that makes so much noise you dont even want to sit in it. when I have boughten things from other stores did I had a problem they would either fix it or replace it or give me my money back everybody but [redacted].Desired Settlement: either fix the chair or replace it

Review: I purchased a sofa October 2014 and financed the purchase through [redacted]. I have been paying monthly installments. I noticed the couch is falling apart with little use since just myself using it?

Upon tipping the couch over the whole botton is covered in toilet paper cloth, it is so thin it is shredding right off the bottom of the couch! The legs for the couch are drilled with holes to big to make the legs stay on the couch for stability. The couch material is very poorly made and I did not notice any of these defects when I saw it in the showroom.

They can pick up the couch as I do not wish to keep it.Desired Settlement: I want the couch taken back to them. I feel I was taken advantage of. The cost of the sofa was

$ 628.53.

Review: purchased several items Aug. 2012. Sofa bought for my son ([redacted],cost 799.00+ broke Dec. 2012. Schultz repaired it at the house, said frame had staples. Repairman said if it broke again it would be replaced. Broke March 2013. picked up the frame and left cushions April 3-4, have had it since then. I'm still making payments on items! Numerous phone calls, visits to store saying they have no control when couch will be returned! After almost 2 months without a couch we rented one last week with option to buy and don't want the inferior product or any replacement they produce. We made at least half dozen calls during this time. They said they had a "recall" on item and couldn't get hold of us the beginning of the year. They delivered it and sent repairman, had the address and phone nos. Once when my son called they said, "he spelled his name wrong" so they couldn't find the order. When we stopped the week of May 13th they said they checked del. and we would have it that week. Incompetance and lies on their part.If I bought a car with problems I certainly wouldn't make payments for two months on something I didn't have. Between the inferior product, frame breaking twice (Dec. - March) and the inconveince for his family of three not having seating space I would hope Arthur F. Schultz would tell the manufacturer their faulty product isn't sellable and cancel any transactions with them. The original order in Aug. 2012 was two sofas and a reclining chair. I had to return the recliner after several days because when in a reclining position and sitting up to close chair it actually toppled over, putting one in danger.Desired Settlement: The sofa was delivered in Aug. 2012. Frame broke in Dec., 2012 unuseable a week to ten days till repaied. Frame broke in March, 2013, picked up frame April 3-4, no couch since then. Used couch approx. 6 months, since couch had a "recall" according to one of our phone calls with Schultz', I know we had 6 months use out of it.However, the couch cost 799.00 +tax, plus purchase of Stain remover for life we purchased (100.?).The danger involved and inconveince I want full reimbursement, 799.00+tax
