WE HAD A TERRIBLE FIRST YEAR IN OUR APARTMENT RENTED THROUGH THEM.

First, the very first day we moved in (they told us they were going to clean the walls and carpet), walls were filthy, and the carpet had giant wet spots in it. So I decided not to complain about the walls but I did call and tell them the carpet was soaked, their lovely associate Rebecca told me it will just go away. It took over a week, then I finally decided to take a shop vac since they clearly were not going to take care of the matter. Next I get an email from them complaining about us needed to change out the broken blinds, which were broken when we moved in. When we moved in there were roaches. I called and told them about this as well and told us it was our problem (also Rebecca) who may I say is rude. Finally our last three months to this terrible place and we have had a water leak which the plumbers came out to fix after two weeks of complaining. In my guest bathroom the popcorn on the ceiling if torn from this which is currently going on week 4 of not being fixed. My latest complaint would be that in the lease it states we can leave if we give a thirty day written notice, so I called just to verify, and Rebecca answered again and when I asked she laughed and say no thats only if you renew. My landlord was changed half way through my lease as well without me even being told.

Put in an application and paid three separate fees, did not hear from them for three days, my realtor called several times and left messages and was never called back. I even emailed them and got nothing in return. On the fourth day we finally got an email. No phone calls no customer service just one email after four days.
