I was not able to rent an apartment I was extremely interested in due to lack of professional conduct from this agency. They did not attend an appointment(no prior warning and no apology or contact afterwards until I called the office several times and finally got a hold of the broker himself), rude behavior, overall neglect of responsibility and courtesy to me as a client.
