I feel as though I wasted months of my time and would have been better served and ultimately more satisfied had I stuck with Restoration Hardware or Crate & Barrel and spending just a bit moreShame on me for deciding to go with an out-of-state vendor to do a custom build
Definitely be sure to keep a record of all of your communications and to be crystal clear with your needsFrom the very start, you should set a series of dates and checkpoints to keep things moving

Initial exchanges via Etsy and email were pleasant and timely but, as time drew closer to the date of estimated completion, I became less optimistic and more accustomed to periods of waiting and frustration.

I made my initial inquiry into a dining table and bench on Sept 25, helped Arthur Millworks research shipping options prior to invoicing, paid the invoice on Oct 16 and did not receive the set until Feb 26 – two months past the 6-8 week delivery estimate.

I feel as though I wasted 4 months of my time and would have been better served and ultimately more satisfied had I stuck with Restoration Hardware or Crate & Barrel and spending just a bit more. Shame on me for deciding to go with an out-of-state vendor to do a custom build.
