Attorney *** *** hired *** *** to build their new home I landscape *** *** Following the first landscape plan I presented to Attorney *** ***, he informed me their family was going to have a pool installed in the back yard A revised landscape plan was
presented allowing for a pool in the backyard Attorney *** *** was presented with additional sprinkler pricing, $ 1600.00, to allow for the pool,in addition to the $ allowance by *** ***Attorney *** *** instructed me, in writing, to do whatever I needed to do to stay in *** *** allowance.Attorney *** *** year later, sent in a complaint to *** A condition he required for modifying his sprinkler system was for Family Landscapes to pay a $ deposit to work on his sprinkler system.I responded to ***'s requirements to comply, including an offer to modify his sprinkler system, without paying a $ deposit.Attorney *** *** refused to allow any modification to the sprinkler system with out a $ 5,deposit.*** closed the case stating they had received adequate documentation to attempt to comply, stating no further action was required by Family Landscapes.Family Landscapes has no intention of refunding Attorney *** *** any money for his sprinkler system.Regards, Tom L***
