I called Scott's Lawn Care Service after recommendations from several family membersThey were absolutely right - the work is impeccableI'd agreed on a price to have magnolia trees cut back, some massive azaleas cut down, a giant limb hauled to the road (too big for one person), and all the pine straw picked up off of my 1/3rd acre moderately wooded lotWe discussed the need for the shrubs to be cut back, as well as crepe myrtles as well
Not only were me expectations met with the agreed-upon work completed, but I came home to cleaned-out gutters, an edged lawn (a big job for the corner lot), the beds where the azaleas were removed were properly covered with pine straw, and all shrubs, front and back were cut back to prepare for spring (it's approaching fast)I'm more than pleased with the work, and will definitely recommend Scott's to everyone I knowBest of all, the work was done on-time, on budget, and the owner was very proactive in ensuring I was happy with the result before he would accept payment

Review: Signed contract for $625 for 5 dance lessons on July **, 2014. We took two lessons. We scheduled a third lesson for September [redacted]. The instructor never showed up or called. We left many messages and sent an email requesting a refund. On October [redacted], [redacted] acknowledged our complaint in writing and said we will receive a check less the 10% for early cancellation. Even though, we do not think we should pay the 10%, we agreed.. [redacted] requested that we come to the studio to pick up the check. We could not do that and requested he mail it. On October [redacted] I wrote an email again requesting the check. On October [redacted], he wrote back saying check was mailed. We received a check dated October [redacted]. The envelope was post marked November [redacted]. The check was not signed. I again called [redacted] requesting the money and if I didn't get it, we would contact the Revdex.com. He told me not to threaten him. I still have not received the refund.Desired Settlement: Refund for $337.50
