I am rejecting this response because: I do NOT have the cancellation receipt, I didn't think I needed to save it, thought Planet Fitness was a better company that would NOT keep taking my money after the cancellation was done, I will NOT accept anything less than refunds for ALL the months which total like months, I will leave reviews in google, if I do not get a refundand will keep opening complaints in Revdex.com, I need a refund right away

I am rejecting this response because: as *** stated I could cancel in person which is what I didI also moved and was no longer close to this gymThe manager at that location confirmed they could see when the last time I used the gym was and that there has not been any use since thenShe refused to share the dates with meI can not help it if their employee did not turn in the paper workI did cancel it back in March of The main reason I joined this gym was at the time I lived in Hollywood Park and my septic went out for months and I need a place to shower and work outMarch 15, my septic was installedI moved in July to the other side of San AntonioI did not notice they were continuing to draft my account for more yearsUntil here recentlyI am only asking that I be refunded from the time I stopped using the facility

Non usage of the gym does not constitute cancellation of membership. I am rejecting this response because: as [redacted] stated I could cancel in person which is what I did. I also moved and was no longer close to this gym. The manager at that location confirmed they could see when the last time I used the gym was and that there has not been any use since then. She refused to share the dates with me. I can not help it if their employee did not turn in the paper work. I did cancel it back in March of 2012. The main reason I joined this gym was at the time I lived in Hollywood Park and my septic went out for 4 months and I need a place to shower and work out. March 15, 2012 my septic was installed. I moved in July 2012 to the other side of San Antonio. I did not notice they were continuing to draft my account for 2 more years. Until here recently. I am only asking that I be refunded from the time I stopped using the facility.
