I received your letter on Thursday, July As luck would have it the salesrepresentative for the window manufacturer from which we ordered Mr[redacted] windows stopped it that same day for his monthly visitWepresented him with your letter and made a copy for him to take to the plantmanagerThe service department from the manufacturer had made a visit andwe did not hear anything more from the customer and presumed the problemwas solved, and our installer had been there before that.We were unable to reach Mr [redacted] upon receiving the letter as theywere out of townHe returned my phone call this past Tuesday and we discussedthe situation [redacted] agreed to let our Installer remove the Inside casings aroundthe windows in question to see if the original window frame was insulatedIbelieve we should be able to resolve the situation between my office and themanufacturer.This letter was the very first complaint addressed to us from your office since westarted in business in 1991.Sincerely,
