We regret any inconvenience the customer may be experiencing We feel that both parties have responsibility for this situation The customer had made an appointment to come to our warehouse to identify the pieces that were supposed to be shipped vsthe pieces that would remain in storage Due to the large number of items and the potential for mix-up, this is important and the customer was advised The customer never showed up for that appointment Some days later, she requested to do this process over the phone which we agreed to do but which is not standard operating procedureThere was some difficulties in identifying the boxes over the phone which should be shipped as we were not able to open and identify contents so our warehouse manager shipped those that were requested We also had the understanding that the chairs which were initially supposed to be shipped were then not supposed to be shipped At the last minute, we did not update the inventory listing The customer still has household contents in our storage as well as the pieces in question The current balance due is $1, We feel this was an error caused by the confusion of trying to identify a large number of items as a favor to the customer who was not able to come in person to identify the contents and they agreed to this process We would be willing to issue a credit to their storage account of half the balance due which is $
