I see that the bride/consumer is asking for their gown to be returned, but according to [redacted] it was delivered to her front door Every [redacted] Preservation Kit comes with a standard US$declared value & every bride has the opportunity to purchase ‘Additional Declared Value Insurance’ in ‘Section 4’ of their order form The ‘declared value’ of gown/package represents Memories Gown Preservation’s maximum liability for a gown in the case of loss or damage If no value is declared, MemoriesGP’s maximum liability for loss or damage to a gown from a ‘ [redacted] Preservation Kit’ is US$(or the equivalent in local currency) Unfortunately you did not choose to pay for any ‘Additional Declared Value Insurance’ At this point we are turning in the claim/settlement to our financial department for $ and you will receive a check in the mail within 3-weeks This is Memories Gown Preservation & [redacted] s final settlement and final communication in regards to the $claim We apologize that we were not able to fix the mistake and issue and will do our best to discuss the issue with our [redacted] Rep to make sure that this does not occur with brides in the future
