I see that the bride/consumer is asking for their gown to be returned, but according to [redacted] it was delivered to her front door.
Every
[redacted] Preservation Kit comes with a standard US$500 declared value
& every bride has the opportunity to purchase ‘Additional Declared Value
Insurance’ in ‘Section 4’ of their order form. 
The
‘declared value’ of gown/package represents Memories Gown Preservation’s
maximum liability for a gown in the case of loss or damage.   If no
value is declared, MemoriesGP’s maximum liability for loss or damage to a gown
from a ‘[redacted] Preservation Kit’ is US$500 (or the equivalent in local
currency).  Unfortunately you did not choose to pay for any ‘Additional
Declared Value Insurance’.
At
this point we are turning in the claim/settlement to our financial department
for $500.00
and you will receive a check in the mail within 3-4 weeks.  This is Memories
Gown Preservation & [redacted]s final settlement and final
communication in regards to the $500.00 claim. 
We
apologize that we were not able to fix the mistake and issue and will do our
best to discuss the issue with our [redacted] Rep to make sure that this does not occur with brides in the future.
