getting in her roof by the eaves of her home. I met her out there and discovered that at one point the gutter had been removed and put back the wrong way or the gutter had been maybe full of debris and the gutter spikes became loose witch someone had tried to fix by lifting the gutter in that area and nailing the gutter spikes back in. In resulting in that area the gutter had been lifted hire than the roofline. I showed the holes that once held up the gutter because they were exposed and explained to her that I would come out to fix the problem and that there would be a fee and she agreed and also after showing her what had happened Margret realized we had no liability so I do feel bad for not being able to be there this year are company was so overloaded with work, and I was moving into a new house I did not receive the letter until it was to late but I am more than willing to do the work for her she is a sweet lady and I do apologize for not being able to make it out this last fall I can do the work this spring if she would like me to do it.

First, the registered letter that was sent was the last attempt to contact [redacted] Roofing before contacting the Revdex.com. Margaret [redacted], her two sons and a neighbor, had made numerous, actually several dozen, attempts to contact Marriott Roofing between August 2015 and December 2015. The main questions/concerns for these phone calls were if this company was to honor the warranty and fix this issue at hand, since Mr. Marriott had indicated he would return to fix the following week after his last visit to the [redacted] property. All phone calls were never answered and messages not returned.
Second, according to Margaret [redacted], Mr. [redacted] indicated and pointed out the eave issue and he said that he would be out to repair the roof and then fix the eave for a $50-$75 fee. No other comments were made about the "we had no liability".
To summarize: [redacted] Roofing visited the property end of June 2015. Mr. [redacted] visited property first week of July 2015. Verbal agreement to return to repair roof and a $50-$75 eave fix the following week (second week July 2015). No written documentation from company about warranty or liability was presented to Ms. [redacted]. No response from company until last week of December 2015, even after numerous phone calls and a registered letter.
If the warranty was not to be honored, all [redacted] Roofing had to do was to respond to one of the phone messages left. I feel [redacted] Roofing does not want to honor the warranty and only now that the Revdex.com has been contacted is [redacted] Roofing now addressing this issue with the "we had no liability" statement, seven months after the fact.
Roof now has another winter to endure.
