Note the bill of ladings. This pool was told it was on the dock ready to ship as soon as payment was received 7/23 making it possible to arrive to our destination by 7/29. The pool wasn't shipped until 7/30 (we were not...
informed of the late shipping date).
The pool was refused on 8/7 (8 days late), and authorized by Arthurs Pools to be retuned and signed for on 8/14. NO REFUND HAS BEEN APPLIED to the account.
