Review: I ordered a PREMIUM AC COMPRESSOR [redacted] 3.5L 2005 2006 2007 off of [redacted] for my 2007 [redacted]. The part delivered great and I took it to the mechanic to get it installed. The mechanic installed the part and I went my way as the AC was working perfectly. About two weeks later, the AC stops working again. I take it to the mechanic and he advised that the part broke down. I asked him to take it off the car and provided him the box to put it back on. I then purchased another ac compressor that they had at the store, and that has been working great for weeks now.

So after the mechanic gave me the part back, I contacted Artic Air, who sold me the product. I spoke to a representative named [redacted], who asked me specific information about the problem and also asked me for a copy of the receipt from my mechanic. I provided all of the information that was asked for, and [redacted] provided me an RMA number (through Email). After getting the return address, I found out that the Artic Air was actually only 20 minutes away from me, and asked [redacted] if I could just drop it off personally instead. He advised that that's fine and to come anytime. I went a week after to return the part, and a lady asked me for the same information that [redacted] had previously asked for.

I provided everything I had provided [redacted], and even showed her the emails that me and [redacted] sent to each other in regards to the return. She then advised that [redacted] no longer worked for the company, and that she would not accept my return due to my technician not installing the part properly. She then continued and started giving me instructions as to how the parts are installed. I advised that I am no technician and that I had no idea what she was talking about. She then rudely advised that she's not taking the part.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $129.99 as promised by the representative [redacted] before I headed to the store. The experience that the lady provided was beyond terrible, and her making me seem like I'm an it for not knowing how to install an AC Compressor was beyond disappointing. Also her telling me that [redacted] no longer worked for the company, as if that's any of my concerns was also a bit disappointing. She really needs to be disciplined as customer service is not her best skill.

I have the email exchanges between [redacted] and I, at the time that he was an EMPLOYEE of the company. You guys need to learn how to keep your promises and provide me my full refund.
