We ordered three, 24" wreathes and were sent three, 9' garlands Contacted seller by phone and was told they would refund the costs and pay for return shipping because it was their mistake While waiting, re-ordered the same wreaths because we wanted them for Christmas Three boxes arrived labeled 24" wreath Boxes were 17" square, so wreathes were smaller yet Contacted seller and were again told that they would reimburse and cover shipping Never received the shipping labels that were promised Ended up shipping all back ourselves Still hoping for reimbursement Very dissatisfied

I run a small business making marquee signs and order lights regularly to light up my signsMy regular distributor had the lights I normally order on backorderI was relieved to find that Christmas lights etc carried the same onesI ordered the same day and paid extra for overnight shipping
My box never arrived
When I called to ask about getting a replacement box I asked how long it would take to get shippedThey said they don't shop replacements until UPS finishes their investigation into the missing box, in about daysI asked if I could at least get the overnight shipping I paid refunded, Gasmine, their customer service rep, told me she would check with the hire ups and call me backTwo days passed and I didn't hear anything, I emailed them and just asked for a refund on my whole order, they said yes
Two weeks later I realize I never got a refund, so I emailed Gasmine again asking about it, and she just said "we refunded it it should take a day or two." And THEN I get an automated email saying a refund has been issued
Tiny box was lostThey drug their feetAnd then forgot about meWe'll see if the shipping charges are refunded in full, after this I doubt it
I came to this company because of the reputation I saw "as seen on Oprah and Ellen" and blah blah blahSeems to me like they don't treat the little guys as wellI'm so disappointedI ended up ordering my lights from a different company and they were delivered before I ever even heard back from this oneThank god my orders went out on time

been ordering both LED and Incandescent light bulbs from Christmas Lights ETC. for years, always on time, on budget and friendly service, best place I have ever bought bulbs form on the web.
