I PAID THE TECHNICIAN THE OUTRAGEOUS $SERVICE FEE IN CASH WHEN MY AC STARTED WORKING ONCE HE GOT HEREI HAVE A RECEIPT SHOWING THAT I PAID THE $AND MY BALANCE IS $THEY STARTED CALLING ME AND SENDING ME PAST DUE NOTICES SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THAT RECEIPT WASNT VALID, THAT I NEEDED ANOTHER RECEIPT TO PROVE I PAID THEM!!! THEY TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT PAY AND THE $WAS STILL DUE!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

My old ac had gone out 3rd time this seasonSalesmen came out on a Sunday helped me pick a new unit went over everything that would be donePulled permet on Monday.Monday morning trucks pull up about 9am .The techs went right to work by the end of the day I had a new ac working great .One of the techs went down the whole list line by line with me set up wifi thermostat went over all it's functions and they cleaned up all their mess inside and outWORKING PERFECTLY!!!

My parents have used Coolray for years and when I was looking for a HVAC company to service my new home they were on the top of my listTheir maintenance program is greatA tech comes t ice a year to clean and inspect the systemIt also includes a nice discount on parts and laborMy tech Keith was on time and very professionalHe even put shoe covers on! He only recommended what needed to be done to get my system up to parI trust this company to service my home and not to give me the run around on pricing/fixing things that don't need fixingThanks Coolray

THEY STARTED CALLING ME AND SENDING ME PAST DUE NOTICES SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THAT RECEIPT WASNT VALID, THAT I NEEDED ANOTHER RECEIPT TO PROVE I PAID THEM!!! THEY TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT PAY AND THE $79 WAS STILL DUE!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

Technician did not observe furnace long enough to see it fail after he thought he had fixed it. That would not itself be egregious. However, he said the gas valve was going bad and might soon need replacing. He quoted price of $804 (or $699 if I signed on to their CCA Program. ) That part retails for $100-$150!!!. That\'s an outrageous markup. The next day another HVAC company fixed the problem, and said there was nothing wrong with the gas valve. \r\nI see that another customer review reports another price gouging by this company.
