Artificial Turf Kings

To whom it may concern... I have been having issues with artificial turf kings for over two months now they won't answer my calls and avoid me... I purchase from them $1810.30 in product and labor, but they have only sent a part of the product and are now ignoring me, by this time I think they are stealing from me I have called multiple times to different numbers to try to get a response but can get anything handled.. All I want is my project done or my money back. The name of the president of the company is Ryant Connelly he blocked my number, so I can no longer get a hold of him..I appreciate your help and really hope we can get this handled.

Owner/CEO , *** came to my home to provide me with a free estimate/quote to apply tile to my back yard patio. An agreement was made as to what the job entitled and what I requested. A form was initialed and signed and half of the total was pre paid and a written receipt was issued. Stating the work would be completed by that weekend. By that weekend no one had come by. So with no communication or response I called to ask when the job would be begin and *** stated his "guys" would be out in a couple days to level my patio to prep for tile installation. The "guys" came 2 days later and performed a horrible job and left my home my patio unfinished and never returned. When I called *** a few days later he stated they could fix it when they apply the tile. He also stated he could not find the tile I chose and we agreed on. So I agreed to choose something similar and provided him with 3 different styles that were in the price range we agreed upon. He stated he would visit a few places in town or go to San Antonio, Tx to find what I needed. 3 days later with no communication I called again. This time he stated he was not able to find anything fitting the price we agreed on in the contract and he would not be making a profit. I stated this is not what he stated in the beginning. And I provided him with several different styles that fit the budget. Then he began to get very aggressive and stated he would not be pursuing the job at a " Wet back " price. And would only charge me for labor and offered a refund for the pre payment. Then I began to get upset and stated 1st off they didnt do the job correctly and he said he would fix that. And 2nd , why should I pay for the job that was not done correctly that I HAVE TO FIX? He stated he would call me to discuss this and he never called.
