I recently called AAbel due to flooding that occurred due to the water reservoir overflowing when my washer dumped the dirty water into it this past saturday morning I was pleased by their prompt response to my call and they were out that afternoon However the plumber they sent out far from the high expectations I have developed from previous experiences I have been battling this problem for months by using another plumber and decided to go with AAbel this time
When the man arrived he took one look at the set up of the pipes and pump under my sink and smirked He wiggled a pipe, the sensor kicked on, and the remain in water drainedAfter testing to see if it over flowed again he stated I owed him for the call out fee I was stunnedHe did nothing but wiggle a PIC pipe And now I owe him $50?! I asked if I was expected to stand their and wiggle the pipe every time I do laundry and if I should just go ahead and schedule my appointment now for when it happens again He stated I shouldn't have to wiggle it and I could call his cell # directly if it happens again
How unprofessional and lazy is that?! So now I am on to my 4th plumber to try to fix my problemI will no longer be using AAbel for my heating and air either! I understand this company has a fee to cone out but the man did practically nothing! I have told my family and friends of my experiencwe and will no longer recommend AAbel to anyone
Came in early during the 5 hr. window, finished under the planned time and under the quote. Classic high-ball quote? No, it was $13 under the quote but good enough and it took him about one hour and fifteen minutes versus the two hours he was planning on working did he bill me the full two hours or round up to 1.5 hrs, maybe, I don't care it was a job well done. All it was, was a toilet flange repair and it is even warranted for 6 months. I asked him what I should do after the six months and he paused and said, "I've been doing this 23 years and I am very confident in the seal and you should have no problems." He said all that with a smile on his face like he was proud of the work he was doing. Personally, I love it when people exude that kind of confidence in their work and look you in the eye and mean it. Great job, A-Abel.
Not to mention, I told my buddy at work about how happy I was and he mentioned a time he had to use their HVAC service and was extremely happy with that as well.
I had a clog that was causing water to back up into my bath tub and my air condition drain. I was told that James would be out between 12 - 5 and he was here by 1:00. He called to let me know he was on his way. I told him what was going on, he had no hesitation what it was. I was told the price and the process. He did exactly as he explained to me, charged me exactly what he said and I am a very happy and satisfied customer! I have told my co-workers and family, so they will be getting their business when or if it is needed. James was very presentable, very nice and easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and concerns. I had called out [redacted] the day before and the price was 3-4 times higher and just didn't get the same good vibe that I received from James. I would highly recommend that you choose A-Abel for any sewer drainage issues you may have. Thank you James!!
