I would have never given him the final payment before the job was finished which I believe he was well aware of. These checks were written  on a [redacted] account from [redacted] bank. The reason we took so long to file this complaint is that we believed Mr. T[redacted] when he said each time he was going to come back and make it right, despite excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't make it when he did actually call. I am a retired [redacted] and my wife is an [redacted] at a very busy **. A lot of OT and sacrifice went into this project for our families that we hoped would last a long time and it is very important to us. Mr. T[redacted] showed up the next day after our complaint was filed and admitted the job wasn't done properly. He said he would have his "chemist" stop and look at it. As of 1:53 07/01/16, nobody has shown up. Again thank you for your time and efforts in advance. [redacted] & [redacted]

for having the sealing performed on the job once a year at his expense because of weather conditions experienced in Ohio.4) There was no warranty associated with this job.5) The business does not offer a maintenance program after the job is completed.
