After the first coating, we never turned on the HVACWe never even came out of our bedroomIf Artisan can hire a competent contractor to fix the existing issues, we would be fine with thatI was told by Artisan in order to fix the coating, it would need to be removed with acid, which may change the coloring of the stain in the area needing to be fixedIf the color is changed in the repaired areas, it seems to me the entire floor needs to be restained after removal of the epoxy coatingBut I am open to any input another contractor may have
