Artisan Custom Cabinets

I did recieve check from customer 1/9/My time to deliver cabinets was 5-weeks from 1/9/He requested refund 2/9/Thats only weeks inside of time frameMaterials had been bought and usedI did not feel I should have given a full refund due to the fact that the job had already been in productionBest I can do is refund the full balance within 5-weeks from todayThank you

I am rejecting this response because:- It has been 8 months since we had a paid agreement.  - Mr. [redacted] texted me on 3/17/16 & 3/31/16 (about 6 months ago) that he would refund the full amount by the end of those weeks.  Have yet to receive anything. Can not consider this complaint closed until refund is received and cleared. Thank you for your consideration.
