*** promises to complete the order have taken over 1/years to complete, all I am asking is for *** to do as he promisedIn December the invoice was paid in full with the delivery date in January or February as stated(including freight) Finally in late the first plate was delivered and some other parts as well(he sent it freight collect). In Oct2014, I ordered a second plate and as agreed that the payment of $ and with balance to be paid when the first order was complete, see attachment. I was asked by Dan to pay the balance in June and I declined, due to not receiving the parts as agreed from the first orderThe cost of the parts NOT delivered is about $not $as stated by *** in the response to Revdex.com. I would like *** of Tosa Tool to complete the order as promised.

"I understand this customers complaint. This order has had numerous setbacks. Most I have been unable to control. I have sent this customer his custom CNC 25"x40" modular plate and a standard 16"x34" modular tooling plate. He still owes me for $1000 on the 16"x34" plate. The vise plate adapters and...

4th axis adapter plate (value about $450) are currently in deburring and will ship out by 7/11/16. I will also be shipping him a standard modular angle plate at no cost because of the dilemmas with this order. I have asked him to complete payment for the items he currently has, he has declined. The unfortunate events that have led to these delays have included: waiting for documentation from his machine builder, ALRO steel sending me warped plate more than once, several machine maintenance problems on the machinery that we use to produce these components and multiple shipping complications getting these plates to the customer. I will be providing this customer with a fedex tracking number today. This order will be picked up before tuesday. This customer does have over 90% of his order.I apologize for the delays in finishing his components. It is not a habit at Tosa Tool. Everything in Stock is Next Day and Custom Jobs Within 90 Days.
