manager made 4 calls to his office, where it was impossible for her to leave a message. On the 5th try, she was able to leave a voicemail.  Eventually he called her back, sent her photos, and asked her to speak with the owner.  She did speak with the owner, and called Mr. [redacted] back, as agreed. She was able to leave a voicemail requesting a call back,  and yet did not hear back from him or his staff.   Mr. [redacted] is a  12 year plus client, who knows what is covered under our  Warranty Policy, which is limited to “Repair or Replacement of restoration”, however we were willing to hear him out. We are disappointed that Mr. [redacted] chose to subvert the process he set in motion, and even more disappointed that we couldn’t reach a resolution over this matter.  Mr. [redacted] received a full refund through a dispute with the credit card company before we had a chance to refund his credit card.   Thank you,   Becky B[redacted] Controller Artisan Dental Laboratories
