Customer purchased the chandelier from *** *** *** *** *** Artisan's Gallery sells items to *** *** *** *** We do not communicate directly with their customers No where on the *** *** *** website does the description of the chandelier state anything
about copper, copper drip or copper flakes Customer on their own accord researched our company on the web and came across our "About Page" and took a paragraph from that page which referes to sheet metal figurines that have a copper dripped coating on them and in no way refers to all of our items that we offer to Retailers *** *** *** *** has called the customer numerous times and has only been able to leave a voice mail or message Customer as of yet, has not called them back *** *** *** *** has also sent emails to the customer stating that the Chandelier is not painted and has nothing to do with "Copper Dripped or Copper Flakes" As well, copper flakes do not exist and where the customer came up with copper flakes is any ones guess Lone Star Wester Decor has emailed their customer different options to help resolve the issue and has asked them to please return their call As of yet, no response from the customer has been received Our policy with *** *** *** *** is to allow a variance in color as the oxidation process of iron can vary quite a bit We are working along side Lone Star to help resolve the issuehowever, if the customer refuses to communicate with *** *** *** ***, it will be impossible to resolve the issue
