Sorry but these are all liesI gave CORRECT phone numbers, CORRECT address in the US and called times giving all those numbers againWHERE is my $ they took from my HSBC account ? It says it was paid to Artisans Gem Boutique on 8/!!! I want my money back - no more lies : I gave my home telephone number times over the phone, I gave a CORRECT number in the US shipping addressDo they think I am that stupid to give ALL wrong numbers? The business claims that their office is not open to the public. It is not the reason for my complaint. The reason for the complaint is that the address listed on the website, Artisan Gems Boutique, *** *** *** *** Fountain Valley, CA 92708, whether or not open to the public, does NOT belong to Artisan Gems Boutique. It belongs to The *** ***. Thus the business provides a address to the public, that's cheating.
Furthermore, the complaint also addressed the fact that the Business Customer Service didn't try to contact their customer (me) by either phone call or email as requested to resolve the situation or at least explaining about their business. They ignored a customer's request and thus, lost an opportunity to resolve a situation in good faith; that only proves that the complaint #above is true.

TWO staff members, person who answered says wrong number. Shipment recalled, fedex notified, and today the
customer calls our customer service - leaves a 3rd phone number, different that
the first who never heard of this person, and it says there is no such number
when called, though she threatened legal action if we don't respond in

in Miami, all numbers given are fake, and we are cancelling the order to
protect the card holder, from what appears to be a fraudulent charge. Documented by both store personnel and call center. **

Unable to reach customer since the order was placed, have had no direct response, however making inflammatory accusations to 3rd party. Suspect FRAUD, refunded shipping charge, sent email to customer we had refunded her shipping, and would expedite via next day shipping at our own expense,
however our policy is to verify orders to protect the cardholder when in doubt, and the doubt remains, whatever issue is causing this inflammatory screaming, rather than responding to our requests for verification, we'll happily issue a full refund for the order, and have cancel the shipment. Further, we have been victimized by Revdex.com, since we realized it was pay to play, and quit paying. As long as we kept paying, we were AAA rated, but when we learned that infact our division had been CLOSED due to the practices and BID OUT to the highest bidder, which apparently was *** ***, where we have NO OPERATIONS, and were hounded to renew to "help us maintain our high ratings", and did NOT join again, you have posted a complain from a nut who drove around looking for our business - a non customer, I might add, and a middle of the night *** in Hawaii who placed an order, with NO ADDRESS BEYOND HER CITY AND STATE, and then lied and said someone had a sick grandmother? NONE OF OUR PARTNERS OR EMPLOYEES HAVE HAD A GRANDMOTHER FOR DECADES, and yet you posted it, rated us F because we don't pay and we have engaged counsel and plan to file a formal complaint demanding an investigation. We have EVERYTHING in writing from ** AND *** ***, as well as screen shots of what has been posted about us to tarnish our reputation, apparently because we wouldn't pay to keep AAA rating, which we had from the time we joined in 2006, and paid over $a year for "membership". This person is NOT a customer. Revdex.com better think twice before they give platform to inflammatory remarks being made by an individual who was NEVER promised she could enter any building just because she said so.  We called the police in the city and notified all businesses. 
We don't much care for the harassment, either.  A stalker given a platform.

Review: I ordered and paid for merchandise on December 1, 2014 and never received it. on December 11 I called Artisan Gems Boutique to ask them to ship them because they were Christmas gifts. They called me back and assured the merchandise would be shipped that day. I never received the merchandise. Since then I have called them 5 times and emailed three times. I cannot get anyone to respond to my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise I ordered shipped to me, but if that cannot happen then I would like a full refund of the purchase I made.

Review: I purchased product from the following: http://www.artisangemsboutique.com/ and was charged for $97.00 worth of product. I had never received any product and have repeatedly called the customer service center and emailed their support email source. I had explained that I just wanted the status of my order and that they I really wanted the product. The only response I had received back was an auto generated email, stating order cancelled. I have since called repeatedly asking then for a refund if they cancelled my order. The customer service center will only take my information and advise that someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. I don't even know if this is just a scam website or if they just really have the worst customer service ever. I would like just to seek a refund more the money that I have been charged.Desired Settlement: Refund for the order never received but have been charged for. Refund $97.00

For this company to learn how to properly treat customers.

Who leaves off a name, places a free ship order, and then doesn't understand fedex will not deliver to a NO NAME? We do not deal with customers like this, that's why we have not responded, and we are tired of the Revdex.com threats in defense of this FRAUDULENT complaint!

We reported as potentially fraudulent. FEDEX will not insure, nor will they deliver to address only, and we have filed a complain against this customer who was at fault, and would not even confirm her name, and for slander and our time and cost to repeatedly reach out to her

This is a perfect example of why we chose not to renew with Revdex.com after many years as AAA rated paid membership.

The response from the business is false. I have NEVER been contacted prior to shipment, nor have I been contacted after multiple attempts and trying to find out from the business what they issue was. Contacting the Revdex.com was my last resort at receiving some sort of an explanation. I really just wanted my shipment. Then when I was not receiving any customer service help at all I just wanted my refund. I have worked in retail and customer service for years and I have never contacted the Revdex.com because I understand that typically customer service can work to resolve an issues. This is the first time I have ever seen anything like this. Meanwhile, I still have an outstanding charge with no refund. If they believed the order was fraudulent I find it hard to believe that their "counsel" advised them to make no contact with customer at all despite having charged them? I, the customer, had made several attempts to contact. In addition to multiple emails, I also called several times at their Customer Service # posted to their site 866-887-0375, and the representative(s) would take notes and advise that I would be contacted by the company. I know they took notes because of my several calls, each time they would look up my order and say that yes they see that I have called in the past and would recap the summary of my issue with my order that I would previously explain in each call. I also submitted via their website a customer service portal "Contact Us" an explanation of my order not shipping and not being contacted.

Review: 1. I saw the company's name in O (Oprah) magazine on a CVS counter a few weeks ago, either October or November 2014 issue. I look for Artisangemsboutique.com and found it on line. When I saw their address in Fountain Valley that is only 30 miles from my house, I decided to make a visit to see the items listed for myself and perhaps purchase directly from there without ordering online, since some of them were shown with only a picture but there were no prices or descriptions provided.

2. I found some items of my interest on the website but no information about them were provided by the company.

3. I came to Fountain Valley twice to look for this address but it was non-existence. The suite #110 belongs to The [redacted] Company instead (suites 108-110). I even asked people from the surrounding businesses and they never heard of the Artisan Gems Boutique. The first trip trying to locate this facility was Wednesday, Oct 29, and my second trip was on Monday, Nov 3, 2014.

4. On my way there during my first trip on Oct 29, 2014, I called the provided contact number on the website in Return Policy (866) 887-0375 and was connected to a sales representative. I described the situation and asked for assistance in locating the facility and asked for the business hours of the location since I was in a freeway traffic jam and should be there shortly (not the ordering hours which is 24/7). The operator promised that he will contact the facility via both phone call and email (I gave him my email address). To this day, I haven't received any response either way.Desired Settlement: I want to know the correct address that this company has so I can come visit and make purchases during their business hours, or perhaps it is a phantom address, in which case it is illegal and should be shut down, (it has a rate of F on the reviews).

I placed and order with them. It was confirmed in email. Never recieved the order. Weeks later after trying to connect with someone and making several phone call complaints requesting action on my delayed order, and getting the same person taking the calls every time I called, it made me wonder what was going on I finally requested a manager call me. I received an email stating this person was sorry for not getting back with me, she was "taking care of her Grandmother". I could not believe the lack of professional support behind this website.Obviously they are operating out of a home, and poorly managing their busniess very unprofessionally. My account was never charged.

Review: Debit card charged 7/21 for jewelry. Despite 5 attempts to work through customer service, no resolution. Want my money back.Desired Settlement: This company should be "outed" as fraudulent.

Review: I ordered a ring from them on 3/3/15 to be shipped via [redacted] (or so they say in their acknowledgement email). They have never provided a tracking number or ETA. I requested

on early the week of the 9th, with no response to date. I called the customer service line on 3/13 and was told the information would be passed on to the appropriate person.

It is now 3/17 and I have had no reply of any kind about the ring or shipment, but they did charge my credit card on 3/3/15 for the ring in question. As far as I am concerned,

this is stealing.Desired Settlement: I live here in [redacted] and there is no excuse for their lack of action. The merchandise is far overdue to my thinking. I either want the ring within the next couple days or an

Review: On Aug.19 I placed an order for Tkees sandals from this boutique. Total cost $68, to be shipped in the US. I got confirmation with order number ArtisansGemsBoutique-7706 shipping method by FedEx. Next I got a FedEx number I could follow. It was said that the shipment went out to FedEx on Aug.23. After 10 days of hearing or getting nothing, I got in touch with FedEX They claimed they gave the boutique a number. but the package never arrived to FedEx . After many mails to the company and 5-6 calls to California nothing happened, nobody called me back as they promised.On Aug. 23 they collected $ 68 from my HSBC Visa credit card. And that is the last time I heard anything. When I checked with FedEX - the tracking number did not exist anymore.

I would like to get my money back - not the sandals as I do not need them in winter and the size will not fit for next summer.
