The Edge and I have resolved complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a call from Edge however am not satisfied with the membership cancellation. I am puzzled why my membership could not be simply cancelled when I requested it last September and I had to be involve the BBB to finally get a response. I was told I could not be reimbursed as I visited the gym in March. I was home for break visiting my parents who are local. Why shouldn’t I use the gym? I was paying and couldn’t get Edge to stop charging me or call me back. I am happy to deduct the $10.62 for March but would like reimbursement of $103.09. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In my complaint I outline that there was an immaculate withdrawal on 12/and 1/ I also reference the business (Edge Fitness) informing me that the reversal of the 12/withdrawal would be accepted by their business if done via my bank After investigating the bank was rejected this and issued a charge for this in December Two concerns:1.12/should not have shown a withdrawal as the cancelation took place in November1/withdrawal was verbally told me not going into the system Not only did it, but every attempt at resolution outlines a refund is being cared for finally and never was As mentioned in my original complaint the march withdrawal was a reflection of the December personal trainer fee that I was informed was all set being done via my bank For months Ty's I am waiting on a refund of $and change and to hear that the business told the bank they aren't releasing funds for decis insane You owe me $and you are avoiding the issue in providing my refund!!!!!! The client signed up for twice a week training and later dropped down to one time a week but the twice a week rate was still honored for her until she decided what she wanted to doShe then submitted day cancellation noticeAfter cancel is submitted there is always one more billing cycle and that last bill reflects the initial service that was set up, in this case it was two times a weekThe last bill she received was for eight sessions, she can use those sessions at anytime

After researching this complaint, it looks like he never actually tried to cancel until the account went delinquent At the time he tried to cancel, he was still past due which is why it went to collectionsTo retain good customer relations, I will have him removed from collections

I have looked into this account and apologize for the inconvenience this may have causedI have placed a refund for the amount of $It will take 3-business daysThank you!
