• Overall, organization and scheduling of work on this job was lacking. Nick did not have a fully organized schedule and would only schedule the next part of the job when the task at hand was complete – so there would be a lag time of days to weeks until the next part could be done. The Project Manager was responsive on Text and Phone and short on execution.
• We had an initial bid time of 6 weeks and ultimately, it took OVER 3 months to get it done.
• Not pleased with subs for cabinets (lots of chipping occurring), tile (cracks found), countertops (also chipped on installation)
• Ultimately everything was fixed per our requested however this list ran endless and continues to grow despite the job being “done”.
