Review: Artisan Kitchen & Bath otherwise know as Granite Surfaces International
Installed a Quartz counter top in my kitchen 8/2014. After installation they came back twice to redo the seams for the counter and back splash. It is coming apart now. The quartz counter itself is marking and I talked with Hanstone (the manufacturer) and they indicated that it could be an application of a chemical that is causing the marking I describe. But I should have the GSI come and inspect the counter before anything further could be done.
I have tried contacting Artisan / GSI several times - it appears that they are no longer in business. I have stopped by the store, no one is there. What are my options to try and get this issue resolved.
I saved this money to have this done -and it is now worse that my old counter.Desired Settlement: To have the counter reinstalled or refunded so I can go else where
