Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It has been 5 mailing days since Tiny Details responded to my complaint to Revdex.com, and payment still has not been received, nor does my credit card reflect any pending payment for the reimbursement of the kit deposit. As per the conversation I had with the person on the phone at Tiny Details, they received my completed kit on March 12th, said that it passed inspection. Payment and credit to card should have been received weeks ago. This is not resolved. In their own words as printed on the instruction sheet sent with the kit "Tiny Details sends payment once your miniatures are accepted. This usually happens within 2-6 days of receipt of your finished products" "Your check is sent to you on the day after your products are checked". They received my finished product March 12th. I waited until March 17th to call them to check the status, giving plenty of time for the miniatures to be inspected. Was told they passed, and given no indication as to when payment could be expected. Since their response to my Revdex.com complaint was made April 9th, very early in the morning (allowing for sending of payment and crediting my card), and there has been 5 mailing days since that response, it seems if payment had been sent, and credit to my card made, these things had plenty of time to have happened.

To date, this is the second response I have gotten from Tiny Details. They said that I have received my payment. I waited till mail arrived today, payment has still not arrived. The first response stated that they had every intention of paying me, and reimbursing my kit fee. I have since initiated a dispute over the kit charge, believing this would be the only way I would receive any portion of the money owed me, not for the intention of being double paid for the kit fee. As of now, I have not received a single penny from this company. Last time I received anything in the mail from them was I believe sometime in Feb, when I requested more book pages to complete the kit. I rejected the first response based on the fact that no money/payment had been received, therefore I believe this matter is NOT resolved. Nowhere in their policy did I read anything about any chargeback fee. This is a brand new one to me. I did request the full initial kit fee as part of the dispute with the credit card company, including the shipping, when all indication was and still is that I might not see a dime from them. I understand the $4.50 portion of the kit fee/shipping may be deducted, and I was okay with that. What I'm not okay with is, not being paid for the work I did in good faith for them. Minus the $4.50, I would be owed $95.50. Now they say they took $30 from the initial $100 they owed me, but I have still not seen any part of that. No check, nothing in the mail, no emails, no phone calls... absolutely nothing but the 2 responses to my Revdex.com complaint. This is an opinion, but a company has to be pretty desperate to take advantage of people, considering the company stands to make $100's of dollars just on the miniatures I made for them, let alone all the others' I've seen who have not seen payment (ie:internet research and many many people who have been in my opinion, ripped off) This volley of responses could be resolved were I to receive the money I'm owed. If you feel like $30 is a big deal, then so be it. Send the balance of $65.50 if you're that desperate. Will I leave this alone, probably not. I deserve to be paid. You have a delivery confirmation saying the money was delivered??? Because I'd sure enough like to know what that number is. Because it's a mystery to me where the money is, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time trying to get money I'm not deserving of. I am an honest person, and I'm only asking to be paid for the work I did for you.
Regards,
