This issue is not resolved and I have not been asked or offered by the company to complete the work. The company stated they can take credit cards but then Trey "could never find" the information to allow me to pay with credit card (these charges could be disputed since he has not completed the work, I think he knew exactly what he was doing since many others on the internet have reported the same problem from him, does not complete work, no where in his business materials does it say 'cash only'
His comment "seems unfair to return money after job started" is not correct as he has not completed ANY of the staining and has $towards that, his quote states $for concrete leveling which is still not level and $for staining and NONE of that has been done. He also damaged a window below the decking, it has cement all over it from his sloppy work and it is a 2nd story window so not easy to clean not to mention the splattered concrete on the sides of the terrace walls that were perfectly clean before he started
As far as him to complete the job, I am a single female and fear to have him in my home alone with me, I do not trust him and think he could be dangerous. A refund of $for the staining not done AT ALL is appropriate

We would be happy to finish the contractHaving been asked to leave made this impossible. Would like to finish the work, returning the deposit for start of work after the work was started seems unfairSincerely

We would be happy to complete the work contracted or follow the agreement. As for being dangerous, I assure you I have no criminal record whatsoever.
