I made a simple enquiry about what I considered to be a high shipping cost for an item, since it said on the web site that the product would ship from the warehouse in Chatham, ON, and I am also in Ontario. The customer care representative replied in a very rude manner[redacted]
Placed an order on the 14th . Paid for it was emailed that it would process in 1-2 days . Called 2 times and emailed once . Order conviently shipped when I tried to cancel. It is ridiculous the 8 days to process and ship a order. Paid $** + to have shipped to college. Ended up having to buy part of my order at the campus store because I had work to turn in . Will NEVER order here again an wouldn't advise anyone else to either. Not worth the hassle. They didnt care to make it right .
