Let's start by saying my hair is very damaged and had blonde tips took me a while to decided to find a hair stylist , read great reviews on yelp and had to try this place my first option was an ombre Baylage price range was reasonable about $I understood it would take work and time , then the following day I went in I completely changed my mind after many years of being blonde I was tired of it I decided to go brunette , showed her a picture of [redacted] she gave me a nice color but my hair cut was not like the picture ....I asked for bangs, she the proceeded to tell me if I was sure I didn't hesitate twice the pictures on yelp look beautiful and I trusted I was in great hands ....as she was cutting I realize that it was shorter than the picture , I stodd silent and nervous and just thought well maybe if she straightened my hair then they'll be even out like [redacted] she said that that's the way it was supposed to be cut in order for them to grow like [redacted] , ok

Let's start by saying my hair is very damaged and had blonde tips took me a while to decided to find a hair stylist , read great reviews on yelp and had to try this place my first option was an ombre Baylage price range was reasonable about $I understood it would take work and time , then the following day I went in I completely changed my mind after many years of being blonde I was tired of it I decided to go brunette , showed her a picture of *** *** she gave me a nice color but my hair cut was not like the picture ....I asked for bangs, she the proceeded to tell me if I was sure I didn't hesitate twice the pictures on yelp look beautiful and I trusted I was in great hands ....as she was cutting I realize that it was shorter than the picture , I stodd silent and nervous and just thought well maybe if she straightened my hair then they'll be even out like *** *** she said that that's the way it was supposed to be cut in order for them to grow like *** ***, ok

I probably won't get a refund , Which I must just be accepting and never go back but during my experience with this salon , I did go in with blonde damaged her hair she kept blaming my shampoo that the quality of is cheap and that it's damaging my hair , when I've use that shampoo on my babies since one of them suffers from eczema, soo the quality is for color treated hair and vegan but she still went ahead and dyed my hair brown knowing I had blonde , didnt bother saying she wasnt capable of doing a job and that and that it might potentially fade away with 2 washes she said the first color she put was semi permanent because if I wanted another color like highlights it was convenient,  that's why the first color washed off , the second time I went in I was quite disappointed I kept telling her my bangs are short are you sure they are supposed to look like this she than said yes you just have to train like I've told you,  first of all I've had bangs before with previous hair stylist and they've never have told me to train them nor have I been disappointed , but she kept insisting since I cut them that I was going to feel weird at first I let it go maybe when I got home I could fix the way it look and we'll she did color it and fix it by day 3 of wash the color faded again , soo I proceeded to text [redacted] which is the owner who did my hair she tells me then to to call the salon I called the salon spoked to [redacted] and I did use a bad word describing my hair I was upset 2nd visit and no one could help me for  $160 she couldn't of just refund the hair cut or something she really was not willing to provide me with a refund even tho they did not do their job right .....it's being a disaster on my end and I'm still unsatisfied my husband even tipped her $20 yet this is what I get in return very disappointed,  because in this case I should've just bought a hair box dye if I wanted it to fade away the way it did

[redacted] came to our salon with damaged bleached hair. She asked for dark hair and we gave her dark hair. Unfortunately because she had bleached hair the color did not grab onto the dark color, a few days after she called us and told us so we offered to re do her hair in hopes that the dark color...

would grab. She posted a review on [redacted] under Artist Village Hair Studio and even said that we had fixed her hair, but the second complaint was about her bangs. Our stylist told her she needed to train her bangs to lay properly. We advised her  bangs are difficult but she proceeded to want them. She immediately started calling the salon harassing everyone who works there using foul language against them so my stylist [redacted] hung up the phone because we do not tolerate that behavior. This has been a nightmare for us, she has been posting all over social media and threatening us. We cannot accommodate her any longer and we cannot due a refund because our stylist only did what was asked, and she came to the salon twice and we fixed the issues she had, but nothing seems to be enough.
