At first, I was excited about doing business with H2OasisBut then, everything started going into motionI wanted to convert my existing wood fireplace in my built house to a gas log system because my son has allergiesI went with H2Oasis because they have sponsored our baseball teams in the past The [redacted] was being remodeled so I had to drive to [redacted] I met with the [redacted] people to set up an install/estimateThis was in June weeks go by no callI called to find out what the deal wasA fella finally shows up for estimate He was here for minsI told him what I wanted and I wanted a blower installed and remote control system weeks go byNo callI called the [redacted] store to find out what was going on I talk to the schedule fellaHe has never heard of meThis is now JulyI get an install appointment for August How busy can fireplace installs be in July?? I assumed there would be a follcall before the install Wrong agsin, so I had to reschedule Install day rolls around AugGreat guy that did the installBut, no blower? Really?? No remote control either At this point, I just want this to be overI gave the install guy a decent cash tipSo, Sept20th, pilot light wont stay litI call [redacted] store and talk to schedule guyHe said he would call me right backOf course, no call backThere are people in my subdivision that want to do what I didI told them not to go to H2OasisVery disappointing
