concerns. In regards to the classes that were unfortunately not able to be held. There was only one class cancelled by our organization. The other class that was cancelled was by the schools doing for parent teacher conferences. Although in our rules & regulations tuition is non-refundable, As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted] and the other families, the April tuition was prorated to $52.50 instead of the original $70 to ensure that they were not paying for classes that their child did not receive. As far as not releasing their child's costume, as stated in the Rules and Regulations, that is signed by parents of enrolled students, unpaid students will not be permitted to participate in classes, recitals, any other special events, or pick up costumes until the account is brought current. Mr. [redacted] still owed tuition at the time costume were distributed of the costume. I will be happy to provide documentation to support all of these concerns.
