We repaired everything that he requested which was  sag and a few runs ,sometimes this could happen if there is a problem with the spray gun or spraying to close, the runs were at the curve of the tub and this could happen to all refinishing companies.  The other was a smaller run on back...

wall,We have refinished over 70,000 bathtubs and this can occur from time to time,that is why we give a 10 year warranty which covers this if need be,We charged $350 to refinish the tub,and took $75.00 off for the inconvenience but Mr [redacted] still threatened me saying he will rip me and my company up on the internet,I said to him why we fixed everything why would you be so cruel ,He just looked at me like I was a nobody!I believe he is an unhappy man who doesn't care about others,We were always polite to him ,This is a theft of services!!We have been a member of the B.B.B. for 17 years and has always taken care of our customers,Its sad that some people use the internet and the B.B.B.to hurt others,Mr [redacted] has stated he wants a refund but has not even paid anything for the job.This man obviously steals from others and is looking for a free bathtub refinish!
