This is in response to the complaint from Mrs [redacted] in regards to the brick work she is unsatisfied with Mrs [redacted] approved of the brick color selection and signed off her selection of the brick to be used in the repair on her residence on the contract for the job It was selected from the closest available brick, but as with any natural element, there are variations and a 100% guarantee is not given nor is it possible.Work proceeded at her home and took approximately 7-days to complete, at that time she made no complaints of the selection or did not question or show any concern with the color she selected.When work was completed, it was signed off on and she received a check from her insurance company Once again, no complaints were made to Artistic Brick regarding the color match Now, at the time of payment she is no longer satisfied.Mrs [redacted] may contact me to discuss further and set up a meeting at her residence but if a customer had concerns with the color match it should have been brought up when the initial bricks were placed There are no workmanship issues with the project and Mrs [redacted] was provided with the brick she signed off on.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Mrand Mrs***:I received you letter in December 2014. As soon as I read it, I called you and went out to your place the next day. After seeing the project in person, we agreed that the workmanship is in great condition. You also agreed that Mr*** chose the brick and signed off on it. We started the project under the impression that Mr*** would be happy with his decision. Removing the brick that we installed would not be the solution to fixing the problem. We agreed to staining and matching the new installed brick to the old existing brick. Legally, because we have Mr*** signature for the brick, we did not need to take action on this matter. However, Artistic Brick Design, LLC takes pride in it's work and will attempt to make our clients happy. I will remind you however, that the balance for the project has not been paid, although you did receive the payment from the insurance company. As of today, you owe Artistic Brick Design, LLC $4,you will need to pay the balance prior to the start of the project. There is no negotiating this price. Once we receive your payment, we will put you on the schedule and the job will be done by *** *** from NAWKAW Midwest. Once the weather permits, you will be notified and the work will start. There will be and additional charge by NAWKAW Midwest of $2,that will need to be paid by the insurance company. As far as the Farmers Insurance Company goes, I have called several times with no success. I spoke to a supervisor of *** ***, the person in-charge of your case, and was told that adding that additional cost to the claim should not be a problem. Artistic Brick Design, LLC is attempting to resolve the problem with you. We appreciate your business very much and hope to come to a good resolution on this issue. Their response letter is not accurate!My Insurance Agent and myself were both together when I met with the Artistic Brick Salesperson who indicated they will match the exact brick 100%.After they started on the job I told their Salesperson that I would not sign for the alternate color brick.   I was not present when the Salesperson convinced my husband to sign indicating the bricks would match after installed.They did not work on my home 7 - 10 to brick that small portion of my wall and 1/2 of porch.Yes,  I did tell the supervisor and workers the bricks were not matching and I was not satisfied with the way the job was looking and they said it would look better after completed. [redacted]
