We had a very negative experience with this business and I hope others are more careful and read the Revdex.com reviews firstThey built an outdoor patio/backyard structure for us several years agoThe entire construction phase was quite painful and plagued with long delays since they had overcommittedEventually the project was done and initially it looked quite niceBut then, in less than a year the veneer stone they used began to disintegrate - literallyWe contacted them immediately and they promised to come out to fix the problem and to replace the stonesAnd then something came up and we had to reschedule and this continued over and over againTo this day they have not returnedTerrible customer service and terrible workmanshipWe have been quite patient but it's time to hand this over to our layer

After not finishing our job as promised. Our basement floor is cracked and is unsafe.
All attempts to contact [redacted] were not successful.
Took all of our monet but did not complete work as promised. We have reported this person and business to the Ohio Attorney General.
