I was told that the patio floor coating they were installing would level my patio. It did not, I still have low spots where the water and dirt collect leading to the growth of mold.
In addition, the coating is paper thin and has started to chip away. They claim the job is over a year old and they do not guarantee their work for more than a year.
They do not return phone calls, probably hoping that the complainant will give up and go away. This is a common tactic herein the Miami area.
