Artistic Curbing & Irrigation

If my curbing looked anywhere near as nice as some of these photos I'd been so happy with them. Instead they came out 2 weeks ago, rushed through it, ran the aggregate dry and it looked terrible. I called [redacted], he got very defensive as though I were being "nit picky" his words... when he came out and looked he agreed that it wasn't done well. So they redid it, but 2 days later, it cracked. Now he's made me his last priority leaving my yard to look like garbage now 2+ weeks later. [redacted] has been rude and quite unprofessional as though it's somehow my fault that his work is bad. I've been very patient up to this point but my recent phone call with him, [redacted] hung up on me after saying, "Whatever, I'll do whatever just to get this job done and be through with it." A ton of attitude considering he could have avoided this if he'd done HIS job right the first time. I've not been rude to him once. I call him when I see that he never came out to actually do my curbing on the days he said it'd be done. Typically you would think he'd call me to let me know, but that's not been the case. This entire experience has been awful.
