We do not request final payment on any job until it is customer is completely satisfied At the time of the final installation, Mrs*** inspected the door and was satisfied with the work She in turn gave us the final payment on the door. A few days after the installation, the
door was scratched and it was at that time that Mr*** requested that we go in and re-touch his door Our crew was very busy at that time and could accommodate Mr***’s request He asked that we drop off the stain and he would do it himself Our crew stopped by, on their way to another jobsite, and there was no one at the house so they left the stain right outside the front door. Mr*** contacted us the following day and we let him know the stain was in front He then told us there was no stain and no one had brought it into the house Our crew stopped by, a few days after that, and handed another quart of the stain to Mrs*** We never heard from either Mror Mr*** after this. We do not understand why Mr*** did not submit his complaint to us if he was not satisfied and waited so long to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com
