I did not owe the Walters family any money as per the contract that they signed multiple times Each check written to the Walters family was issued because I am a nice businesswoman Each check written to the Walters family contained a notation of why it was being given At this point I have indicated to the Walter's lawyer, that I am not longer interested in helping the Walters sell their leotard It will be mailed to me on October [redacted] from Pennsylvania When I receive it, I will mail it to them I will not issue any further money to the Walters family They signed a contract with me I have gone above and beyond to make their transition to their new gym a positive experience I have returned large sums of money to the Walters family that I was no contractually obligated to give back In return for my kindness, they have harassed me relentlesslyAny further harassment will result in Artistic Gymnastics taking action in small claims court to recoup any money issued to this family as it was given despite having a contract

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Artistic Gymnastics has not returned all money we feel we are due, has made false claims against my character in response to our Revdex.com complaint, and in their latest response has labeled our complaint with the Revdex.com (our only communication with them at this point outside a few correspondences through our legal representation) as harassment.  We have taken standard and legal means to try to resolve this manner through the Revdex.com after the business made the decision they would not communicate with us directly, which reasonable businesses would not consider harassment.  At this point, it seems this path is not taking us towards resolution and we will determine if we want to take other standard and legal avenues.

I did not owe the Walters family any money as per the contract that they signed multiple times.  Each check written to the Walters family was issued because I am a nice businesswoman.  Each check written to the Walters family contained a notation of why it was being given.  At this point I have indicated to the Walter's lawyer, that I am not longer interested in helping the Walters sell their leotard.  It will be mailed to me on October ** from Pennsylvania.  When I receive it, I will mail it to them.  I will not issue any further money to the Walters family.  They signed a contract with me.  I have gone above and beyond to make their transition to their new gym a positive experience.  I have returned large sums of money to the Walters family that I was no contractually obligated to give back.  In return for my kindness, they have harassed me relentlessly. Any further harassment will result in Artistic Gymnastics taking action in small claims court to recoup any money issued to this family as it was given despite having a contract.

[redacted] states that he pulled his daughter from Artistic Gymnastics ahead of the fall session. [redacted] daughter was on our USAIGC team. Team gymnastics at Artistic does not have sessions. This was stated in the parent handbook distributed to [redacted] during the orientation meeting. We...

have a signature that she received this handbook. We also have [redacted] signature both electronically and physically on contracts signed that agreed to a 30 day cancellation policy and a no refunds for meet fees, leotards and any other fees. These are industry standard policies. [redacted] states that he had to hire legal representation to get his money back. I voluntarily returned [redacted] meet fees in 2 checks. The first cashed on 9/** in the amount of $**5. This check covered a portion of his meet fees (I deducted the balance of a special order leotard that I could not cancel from being produced) and the check also included $35 to cover his daughter's USAIGC membership, which he never even asked for. The second check I sent for $40 was cashed on 10/**. This check was written on 10/* and mailed to [redacted] that day. I then left for a business trip in California until 10/10. His legal letter arrived to Artistic Gymnastics on 10/*. It was signed for by the gym's manager. Neither of the checks written to [redacted] could have been sent after the legal letter arrived. Also noteworthy, I offered to help [redacted] sell the special order leotard to help him recoup any lost money. [redacted] has acted in a very threatening manner and his behavior is abusive. I will only speak to his lawyer from this point forward because I am not comfortable with his abuse. As a business owner, I have gone above and beyond to help this man limit his losses in his daughter's transition to another gym.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

While, as indicated by Artistic Gymnastics in their response, some of our money has been returned to us, we are still working on resolving the disputed fees for September 2016.  Again, this all could have potentially been resolved if Artistic would have responded to email requests or phone calls by my wife and I.  In fact, we, multiple times, requested status updates and were not aware of partial payments being returned due to lack of response from the gym.  That all said, we are NOT satisfied that all monies due to us have been returned.  And I now have concerns of the slanderous, and completely inaccurate, claims made by the owner of the gym in her response to the Revdex.com where she states:"[redacted] has acted in a very threatening manner and his behavior is abusive. I will only speak to his lawyer from this point forward because I am not comfortable with his abuse".I hope that in the days and weeks to come that Artistic Gymnastics will agree to work with us towards a civil resolution to this matter and I can close this complaint accordingly.
