The faux paint is peeling and chipping off of my garage doors This is the second time this has happened with this same company The first time when the paint started to bubble and chip, Carlos had a worker sand down the doors and completely repaint them! Now, the second time, the paint has peeled and chipped off down to the metal It looks so terrible having the metal exposed The doors need to be completely sanded down AGAIN & repainted My HOA is complaining All of my neighbors are complaining I am having a graduation party in May and am so embarrassed by my doors! My garage doors are the first thing you see when arriving to my home Carlos Ordaz, the owner, will not call me back I have been EXTREMELY patient waiting for a call back to have him fix the doors and stand behind faux paint product More importantly, to keep his customer happy after paying $3,for him to faux paint my one & two car garage doors It appears I will need to file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com This is very unfortunate as I really wanted him to contact me to resolve this matter
