Artistic Impressions Concrete Staining

Good luck using this company. Brian was surly and rude to me and my husband.
After much discussion about what we wanted for our outdoor patio area he quoted us a price and set a start up date. There was a weather delay(not his fault) and they showed up to start the job as we had all agreed. After power washing our patio (Brian's helper , he left) Brian comes back to us to give us some weak explanation of how we might not be happy with the end result because in his words" there is too much calcium in our concrete patio , therefor making it a 50/50 chance that the end result may not be what we like" At this point he strongly recommended that we call SunDek to come refinish our patio and then misleading us to think it was the same cost as staining the patio!
It was obvious that he had a change of heart I am guessing because he just didn't know enough about the job and had second thoughts about the end result. Of course all of this came after he charged us $275.00 power wash our patio that took all of about 40 minutes! Glad it all happened as we ended up with a really professional and courteous company at a much better price than Brian quoted us! And we have a beautiful stained concrete patio now! Some things work out for the best!
