Mr. [redacted] has grossly misrepresented what happened, including saying that I asked them to remove the boulders by the steps.  I never requested this or gave them permission to do so - they did not need to be moved for lawnmower access because I already had that access; it was just too steep for the lawnmower to go back up. That is the situation I asked him to fix.  They also did not install any lawn edging when they came back as he stated - which caused a huge mess in my yard - mulch all over in the grass and mud everywhere, which I am still dealing with today.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I wish for them to complete this work as soon as possible.  I will be happy to sign off on these 3 specific items if they are completed to my satisfaction.

                                        ...⇄ ###-###-####     Sir/Madam, This letter is in response to a customer complaint from [redacted] Chaska, MN 55318. Artistic Landscapes agrees to make the following repairs/changes: 1.)    Repair erosion and seed the side of the house that was originally seeded with the incorrect seed. Supply seed for overseeding next spring. 2.)    Place boulders back in the area that were removed in the corner of the steps leading down the back yard. Placing the boulders back “exactly” as they were will not be possible but will be placed in a way that makes the sense. 3.)    Raise the sprinkler head and adjust it to spray properly.   The cost of the project includes the work described above but is a small percentage of the overall project cost. The cost for the items described above totals no more than $1000.00.   It should be noted that we were originally asked to create a “ramp” for the client to be able to move her lawn mower up and down to access an area of the back yard that is fenced in. We did as she asked originally but then later she decided that the way in which we designed this “ramp” area was not going to work. So we returned and added boulders to this area to make the transition stable on her feet. At a later date she contacted me and said that the boulders made it difficult for her to move the lawn mower across and wanted us to change it. We returned, removed the boulders, added soil to make the slope less challenging for her, installed landscape edging and mulch. Now the client is asking us to re-install boulders in this same area which she complained at an earlier time was difficult for her to move her mower across. Artistic Landscapes has made all of these changes and trips to the clients property at no charge in an attempt to satisfy the client and each time we make a change in an attempt to satisfy her she contacts us at a later date and asks us to change it again. The client has the ability to access the back yard grass area for mowing by running the mower around the side of the house and entering the area through two gates. Other suggestions have been made to the client as well such as placing a wooden ramp down to access the back lawn area when she needs to mow it.
