Review: This company has only completed less than half of the contact for a landscaping project. Not only is it incomplete, but a large part of my patio has been removed and not replaced. The contract called for a two week completion starting July 9, 2014. Also promising to "communicate progress on a daily basis to customer so they are aware if we are on scheduled time line with completion." This company will not answer phone calls or text messages. The work that has already been finished is very good, however if the remaining work isn't complete before frost it is in jeopardy of heaving and being ruined. There have been promises, but no action. He complains that wet weather is the cause of delay. It is obvious that there has been enough good weather for a two week job. I am aware that he has taken on several other jobs after starting this one.Desired Settlement: For my part, I will be happy if he completes this work ASAP.

Review: I signed a contract and provided a down payment for a patio project June 30. After I signed the contract and provided the deposit, I did not hear from the contractor until the end of August despite repeated calls, text, emails, for information on the project start date.

Work on our project went on intermittently in September. Work stopped at the beginning of October. I did receive an email on Oct 7th, but have heard anything since. I have continued to try to contact the contractor with no luck.

I have a partially finished patio, and a contractor who refused to communicate and provide any sort of update.

All I am looking for is to have a conversation with the individual I hired to put in a patio. It is not November and I do not think I am being unreasonable in asking for the contractor to provide an update on the project. I have all of my correspondence attempts documented and can share as needed.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a conversation with the contractor to understand when the work that he has been contracted to complete will be finished. If the contractor does not have the means to complete the work, I am happy to settle up on the work that has been done thus far, and I will then find someone else to complete the work. I just need to understand where things stand.

Review: [redacted] took a $5000 advance payment and failed to complete the work and failed to pay a subcontractor that partially completed some of the work and disconnected his phone so he could not be reached

he does not respond to any written notificationsDesired Settlement: repayment of stolen 5000 dollar amount

he also represents himself as a west allis police officer (rtd)

Review: In early spring of 2013, Creative Expressions Landscaping [redacted] came to my property to give me a quote on landscaping. His verbal estimate was acceptable so I told him to give me a written contract. He never responded. After a month I call him again and he came out but said he couldn't do anything until our driveway was in. He gave me the name of a concreat contractor and said that he would send a landscape designer over to draw up a plan. Again he said he would send me a contract. It never came. The drive-way was installed the end of May. I called Creative Expressions, told them the drive was in and they sent [redacted] out to do the drawing. When [redacted] came back with the drawing, I was very disappointed. She didn't do what we had discussed. It was very crowded in most areas and totally empty in others. She also implyed that she could do the planting. I told her no because that is what [redacted] was supposed to do, she then said I had to pay her $350. I again called [redacted], he came out and I showed him [redacted]'s plan and told him that I paid her $350. He looked at the plan and said that it was useless and that other clients that he sent her to were also very unhappy with her drawings. He said that she was not suppose to ask for payment because he was paying her to do the plan. He said that when he does my landscaping he would compensate me for the $350. Again. he said that he would e-mail me a contract. I never heard from [redacted] again. I hired another contractor and the work was done in August. In August , I wrote a letter to Creative Expressions asking for the verbally promised compensation. I never heard from him. I sent a second letter and an e-mail, still no response. If [redacted] didn't want my job or have time for it, he should have told me at the beginning instead of leading me on and sending [redacted] to us knowing that he had had problems with her work before.Desired Settlement: I would like Creative Expressions Landscaping to give me a refund of all or part of my $350. Due to his lack of response, I had to go with a more costly contractor and wasn't able to get the trees and plants that [redacted] was to get for me.
