I ordered coping pavers as replacements for around my pool were broken when they were delivered I contacted the comand have had no response
I ordered the coping stones via email and paid slightly over $for the stones with shipping and the cost of the palletSales order #XXXXX When they arrived were broken I contacted the company the day that the stones were delivered and sent them pictures of the broken pieces before the pallet had even been unwrapped with the metal bands still intactThe shipping company moved the pallet to the back yard so we did not touch them until we unwrapped them I was told that I should have inspected the stones before the shipper leftI had not been instructed to do this beforeI was then told to unwrap the stones and let them know exactly how many were broken I sent this information on April 18th Since the brick masons were scheduled to come, they cleaned some of the old stones that I did not think I could use so I did not nee
We bought concrete pavers based on the pictures and samples that was shown to usAfter one week of install, the entire 3000+ sq ft turned bad
We ordered 2500+ sq ft pavers based on the sample presented to us from artistic pavers
Pavers were delivered in used, worn, defective, fake and ugly form and shape
signifcant amount of communication - emails, 100's of text messages, dozen phone calls
months of back and forth with incurred labor charges
our contractor lay the sandset based on the size of the paver so we were stuck with them since the size is not available in the market
Finally they agreed to taken the return and deduct shipping and handling plus return cost = (they just decided to cut this much, there was no agreement on this)
They said, they will not replace the same color, they will take these back and send different color/type
They charged 13,dollars, shipped us the product
After placing them on the ground, all of them turned dark black majot spotting
The Corallock Pavers Ivory is not attractive at all. About 90% of my 2000 sq ft has rings of brown and whitish stain on each paver, after the area got wet. The Arizona manufacturing manager tells my contractor that the Corallock Ivory is the most difficult paver to work with. After the thousands of dollars I spent, I have an ugly-looking pool deck. Don't waste your money...DO NOT BUY!!!
